Writer/director Michel Gondry’s eccentric, whimsical film set in Paris tells the surreal love story of Chloé (Audrey Tautou) and Colin (Romain Duris), a couple whose newly blossoming romance is challenged by the revelation that Chloé has been stricken by a strange, life-threatening illness–a flower growing inside her lungs. Their journey together then proceeds to take turns equally magical and melancholy. Gad Elmaleh, Omar Sy co-star.
